Illumine Knowledge Resources is a research to actualization lab that designs and delivers precision Knowledge Interventions which leverage knowledge, cognition, and behavioral science to empower individuals & collectives at scale.
These interventions bring about changes in mindset & behavior, work models, business models, etc. at speed and scale in thousands / lakhs of people in institutions and collectives. We work across domains – with large organizations, with the government, in the social sector, in education, etc. to build solution models for complex, wicked problems in our society.
Thus far, our work has impacted more than 5 million people and has further contributed to the lives of several millions of citizens.
Currently, Illumine is in transition. While we will continue our knowledge-based deep consulting engagements & large-scale interventions, we are also on the verge of converting these tested solution models into transformative businesses across sectors.
As a Future Business Builder, you will work on creating & scaling transformative businesses across sectors.
Some of the impact spaces you could work on: (i) Building citizen centricity in government organizations (ii) Helping corporates enable their retail & distribution networks to grow & sustain their businesses in a BANI world (iii) Enabling teachers to become catalysts of change in schools to deliver better learning outcomes (iv) Helping working professionals find meaning & fulfilment in work… and many others.
Each of these spaces leverage Illumine’s unique IP portfolio built over the last 30 years to bring about such impact with speed, scale, measurability & at a reasonable cost.

You will play a critical role in replicating this kind of scale and speed in other impact spaces.
We intend that those who are high contributors will potentially spearhead business spin‑offs using Illumine’s IP across multiple segments and markets.
