Become a part of the Facilitation Development Team
Illumine is looking for Facilitators who are inspired by the vision of nation-building and would like to become a part of a nation-wide network of change catalysts.
Background
At Illumine Knowledge Resources, we work on large-scale knowledge interventions that aim to strengthen organizations, institutions, and communities across several thousands of people at high speeds in a systematic & scientific manner with high measurability.
- These interventions aim to embed new vision or ideals, bring about changes in thinking / mindsets that enable individuals & collectives to unleash their potential.
- The core philosophy of positive change is rooted in Indian philosophy & culture and include ideas such as human beings having infinite possibilities, ideas of success leading to total human fulfilment, expanding your contribution to self, organization and society (citizenship thinking), etc. Read more here: Philosophy of Positive Change
- Illumine in the last 25+ years has built change technologies, that enable institutions and collectives to imbibe these philosophies and make human transformations happen at speed and scale. These change technologies have now been deployed across the largest businesses (SBI, Tata Steel, BPCL, Aditya Birla Capital, etc.), Government institutions, & Educational institutions (Gujarat Technological University, Biju Patnaik University, IIT Delhi, 5000 CBSE schools, etc.) in India impacting nearly 5 million people.
- Since 2022, we have partnered with the Capacity Building Commission, Government of India to cover nearly two million Govt. employees for creating a silent transformation in awakening service orientation (i.e., seva bhaav) and citizen-centric thinking in governance with speed & scale. Some notable interventions have been completed with: Indian Railways, Delhi Police, India Post, Indirect Tax & Customs Department (CBIC), Haryana State Government (of 3 lakh Govt. functionaries), Village Level Entrepreneurs of Common Service Centres (CSCs), Central Govt. employees covering 500 departments & organizations across India, etc.

Since our collaboration with CBC, GoI in 2022, Knowledge Interventions is not just a “possibility” - but actualized with evidence, impact & measurable results from across the country.
A core practice supporting such large-scale interventions is the Facilitator Development Practice where we build capability in leaders/ employees of client organizations to become change catalysts within their organizations. Often, they are first-time trainers being geared to deliver metacognitive programs using a range of enablers, & digital tools provided by Illumine.
Your role as a Facilitator Partner
- As a Facilitator Partner, you are at the forefront of these change programs, where your role is not just one of training people, but it is one of awakening people to their own inherent potential and helping them find their own answers.
- As part of the role, you will be facilitating workshops to develop “Master Trainers” from the client environment (ranging from small towns to big cities) and build their capacity to conduct transformative training programs for their peers. These are in-person workshops at client training locations.
- You could also be a Mentor to the Master Trainers who have been trained as part of the intervention to ensure they succeed. This may involve travel/ remote mentoring.
