What do we do?
The aim of the practice is
(a) to map collectives in terms of attitudes, mental models, ways of thinking, ways of responding, etc.
(b) to identify precisely the levers of change to empower the collectives and
(c) to measure the extent and nature of change in thinking that has happened due to an intervention.

The team builds cognitive maps, research reports, impact assessment survey instruments, mindset tests, large-scale research tools, etc.

The research is outcome-oriented and focused on creating value for other knowledge practices/ clients.

The demand on innovation is high as research has to be done at speed and on scale

Roles you can play as part of the team
Full-time/ Project-based roles in Mumbai
- Cognitive Research & Ethnography - where you map human systems to identify precise areas of change / improvement – mapping mindsets, attitudes, behaviors, engagements, etc.
- Instrument Building - Develop scalable instruments that test for belief structures, attitudes, changes in thinking, etc. (new kinds of surveys, tests/ diagnostics, questionnaires, tools) for assessing impact, self-discovery, scalable coaching, etc.
- Field Research Design & Management - Design & plan of data collection of large-scale multi-location studies (includes sampling design, methodology design), assemble, train and manage the data documentation team. ****
- Analysis & Report Construction - Analyse, both, qualitative & quantitative data (using analytical frameworks given / emergent themes), build research report and knowledge products.

- What are the different mindsets of entrepreneurs?
- What motivates government employees to serve citizens through work?
- What is meaning & fulfilment at work for police persons?
