(iii) sense-make deep insights using quality diagnostics and measurement tools to track intervention/ business outcomes
Areas of Work
- Intervention Analytics
- To make large-scale interventions across lakhs of people successful, we need to leverage the power of data as a critical lever.
- Our goal as the analytics team is to i) enable consistent quality of delivery at scale, ii) enable real-time response to challenges / issues on the ground.
- In addition, analytics team works collaboratively with all practice teams in Illumine (learning, measurement, technology, etc.) to design analytics services that can enable their work.
ii. Product Analytics
- Analytics team works on designing analytics dashboards / systems (as part of our core product) to enable leaders & stakeholders to take proactive action.
- In addition, we work to ensure large-scale adoption of products and working with product teams to find new ways to trigger product usage.
iii. Business / Institutional Analytics
- Analytics team works with large data-sets (sales data, citizen / customer data, employee data, etc.) to identify key points / levers of enablement (in the research phase) and the critical areas of impact (during deployment of the intervention)
What’s Interesting?
- Leverage the power of data to enable people (not control / track people)
- Make direct, tangible impact through data.
- Identify the key levers of impact from the data.
- Impact the speed / direction / action taken during an intervention to ensure things are on track.
