A core practice supporting such large-scale interventions is the Facilitator Development Practice where we build capability in leaders/ employees of client organizations to become change catalysts within their organizations. Often, they are first-time trainers being geared to deliver metacognitive programs using a range of enablers, & digital tools provided by Illumine.

Your role

As a Facilitation Enabler/ Project Owner for facilitator development, you participate in this mission by designing, building and embedding new coaching/ facilitation models inside diverse client environments.

As part of the team, you take ownership for capacity building within a client system. This could include –

  1. Planning & designing the capacity building program, delivery model, people required (e.g. facilitators, auditors) & systems required based on the client’s unique needs
  2. Supporting in the empanelment and ensuring readiness of Illumine’s facilitator partners
  3. Conducting Train-the-Trainer (T3) workshops in the client system for senior professionals, Govt. officers, teachers, etc.
  4. Design & develop the right enablers to ensure consistent quality of facilitation outcomes throughout the intervention rollout despite scale and diversity.
  5. Being the face of Illumine during an intervention rollout & handling challenges on the ground
  6. Work closely with all stakeholders - internal and external - to ensure intervention outcomes are met.
