*Does the challenge of setting up a nationwide network of change-catalysts (facilitators) interest you?  *****Illumine is looking for Program Managers/ Facilitators/ L&D professionals who can build and manage a growing community of nationwide change catalysts.

A key component of our change technology is our community of change catalysts & facilitators who are at the forefront of our large-scale interventions building coaching capacity in front-line employees of client organizations and supporting them in scaling the intervention within their organization.

Your role as an Ecosystem Builder

You play a crucial role in building our core community of change catalysts & facilitators. This includes taking end-to-end ownership of identifying change catalysts & facilitators from diverse backgrounds and contexts, nurturing them, and continuously expanding this community.

Core Responsibilities

1. Building and expanding the pool of changemaker-facilitators:
   • Evangelizing the purpose with relevant networks
   • Driving the facilitator empanelment process, selection and onboarding of new facilitator partners rapidly
2. Assessing and upgrading facilitators:
   • Managing facilitator certification processes
   • Providing knowledge input and feedback to facilitators
   • Conducting audits of facilitators
3. Holding capacity-building events:
   • Supporting facilitators via online and face-to-face sessions
   • Designing and executing various engagement initiatives
4. Configuring the right pool of facilitators for Illumine projects:
   • Collaborating internally with program managers to match facilitators' expertise and availability for specific projects.

You are the right person for the role, if:

• [ ] You can command the respect of seasoned coaches/ facilitators.
• [ ] You have experience as a change catalyst or facilitator (preferable, but not mandatory)
• [ ] Networking and connecting with people comes naturally to you.
• [ ] You have 3+ years of experience in partnership building or community management, or in facilitating/ coaching.
• [ ] You have basic contracting and negotiation abilities (or are open to learn)
