Join our Large-Scale Knowledge Interventions Team
Illumine’s large-scale knowledge interventions enable human change at scale.
- These interventions aim to embed new vision or ideals and shift thinking / mindsets so that individuals and collectives can unleash their potential.
- Underlying these interventions is Illumine’s Positive Change Philosophy that focuses on empowering individuals cognitively. Some ideas include the belief that every human being has infinite potential, that success leads to total human fulfilment, and that one can expand contribution to self, organization, and society (citizenship thinking).
- Over the last 20 years, Illumine has built change technologies that help institutions and collectives adopt these philosophies and drive human transformation at speed and scale. These change technologies have been deployed across leading businesses (SBI, Tata Steel, BPCL, Aditya Birla Capital, etc.), government institutions, and educational institutions (Gujarat Technological University, Biju Patnaik University, IIT Delhi, 5,000 CBSE schools, etc.) in India, impacting nearly 5 million people.
- Over the last four years, we have partnered with the Capacity Building Commission, Government of India, to reach nearly two million government employees, enabling a silent transformation by fostering service orientation (i.e., seva bhaav) and citizen-centric thinking in governance at speed and scale. Notable interventions have been completed with Indian Railways, Delhi Police, India Post, the Indirect Tax & Customs Department (CBIC), the Haryana State Government, and Village Level Entrepreneurs of Common Service Centres (CSCs), among others.
Key features of Illumine’s Knowledge interventions –
- typically address 30,000 – 9,00,000 participants/ beneficiaries
- are carried out at speed (along with scale). Typical projects are completed within 6-12 months.
- integrate technology, content, pedagogies, analytics, research, facilitation, deployment methods, cognitive measurement, etc.
- are measurable and highly result/ outcome focused.
