Be part of a Knowledge Solutions Lab
Illumine designs solutions that leverage knowledge, cognition, and behavioral science to empower citizens at a nation-wide scale.
- Our solutions include large-scale knowledge interventions (LSI) which bring about changes in thinking, behavior and practices for improving citizen outcomes.
Some of our recent LSIs include enabling ethical governance & citizen centricity for 3 lakh public administrators in a State Government; improving the delivery of citizen services at a district/ village level; enabling ~ 1 lakh nano entrepreneurs to build sustainable businesses, etc.
- We also build future citizens through our programs in schools and universities. This has impacted more than 1 million school students and 7 lakh college students.
- Similarly, we work with large corporates to rethink traditional functions like marketing, customer engagement, etc. from a citizen solutions perspective. This has helped companies to adopt the philosophy of enlightened citizenship.
We are now looking to expand our Large-Scale Knowledge Interventions Team.
Key features of Illumine’s Knowledge interventions –
- typically address 30,000 – 3,00,000 participants/ beneficiaries
- are carried out at speed (along with scale). Typical projects are completed within 6-12 months.
- integrate technology, content, pedagogies, analytics, research, facilitation, deployment methods, cognitive measurement, etc.
- are highly result/ outcome focused.

What do we do?
As part of the Interventions Team, you take end-to-end ownership for the success of the intervention, in the client’s context.
Roles and Responsibilities
As part of the Interventions Team, you may own a combination of one or more of the following roles –
- Engage with client teams and external stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the intervention by working closely with them, co-creating new approaches, solutions, etc.
- Manage the intervention model by putting in place necessary building blocks and driving the model with clients to ensure outcomes are met.
- Collaborate with internal practice teams (such as research, design, facilitator development, technology, etc.) and client teams to meet project goals and deliverables.
- Facilitate and conduct workshops for stakeholder buy-in, onboarding, capacity building sessions during rollout, etc.
- Ensure smooth implementation of the project by (a) tracking intervention progress using data and analytics and (b) engaging with the leadership and field teams to prevent and resolve execution challenges on the ground real-time.
