The Space of Work
You will work to solve knowledge challenges at scale across diverse domains - businesses, government institutions, education, and communities.
Some examples of the challenges you could be working on –
- Improving customer centricity across the citizen facing interfaces in large Government networks (such as Indian Railways) at speed and scale
- Improving the capacity to respond in SMEs to changing market and customer demands
- Scaling the quality of customer engagement in large retail distribution and dealer networks
- Improving rapid-response capacities in manufacturing plants so that responders can proactively address safety challenges
The Role
Knowledge Consulting team works on diagnosing challenges deeply, designing & building knowledge solutions, prototyping it and deploying them on the ground to create impact at scale.
Your role involves 5 key spaces –
- Research
- Conduct ethnography studies (FGDs / interviews) with stakeholders in the client system to identify the critical challenges faced on the ground – both online and through field visits to different locations in the country.
- Conduct outcome-oriented secondary research (studying industry reports, etc.)
- Design and deploy survey and dipstick tools to capture meaningful data from the ground
- Conduct solution research to map out key context inputs needed to design the solution
- Engage with research partners across the country to collect data at scale
