As a Tech Solution Builder you will be part of the knowledge technology team where you define and own the product vision, product model and specifications for development.

Your role will involve:

1. Work with the leadership & core innovation team on articulating the vision for the product/ platform, and how the business outcome can be enabled with a tech solution
2. Specify & drive the development of new platform capabilities to ensure the platform creates competitive advantage. Includes developing specifications – user specifications, technical specifications, product features/ functionalities, system design, etc.
3. Build the high-level design & prototype, testing its usability & effectiveness with multiple people
4. Mobilise teams – either internal team or vendor team to deliver the scope of work. Includes engaging with product development teams at all stages to ensure that the product is aligned with the vision
5. Drive the build cycle & incorporate feedback with different teams - tech, design, business, etc.
6. Closely manage release cycle, client adoption & the evolution cycle of the products/ platform

Note: You may have to work on a portfolio of products. This will offer you both challenge and diversity.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Engineers (B.E/ B. Tech/ M.Tech/ MS/ MBA) with a design and knowledge orientation
• 3-4 years of previous experience in designing/ building new products from scratch
• Strong understanding of technology, AI, databases, mobile applications and scalable platforms
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, for technical and non-technical teams
