A key component of our change technology is our partner community of facilitators, coaches, & trainers who are at the forefront of our large-scale interventions building capacity in front-line employees of client organizations and supporting them in scaling the intervention within their organization. Your role as a Facilitator Community Owner

You play a crucial role in building our core community of lead facilitators. This includes taking end-to-end ownership of identifying expert facilitators from diverse backgrounds and experience levels, onboarding them, nurturing deep relationships with this community & continuously expanding it.

Core Responsibilities

1. Building and expanding the community of changemaker-facilitators:
   • Evangelizing Illumine’s nation-building purpose with relevant networks and inviting like-minded, purpose-driven professionals to be part of our mission.
   • Driving the empanelment process, selection and onboarding of new facilitator partners and owning the partnership with each
2. Nurturing & upgrading facilitators:
   • Alongwith senior practitioners at Illumine, manage the partner certification processes (audits, evaluations, improvement conversations) to ensure facilitator partners are continuously growing in their practice and alignment with Illumine’s ideas, & philosophy
3. Organizing & conducting capacity-building workshops:
   • Supporting facilitators via online and face-to-face sessions; ongoing mentoring support
   • Designing and executing various projects, client engagements & initiatives - ensuring partners are project-ready & well-supported on all fronts for smooth delivery
4. Configuring the right pool of facilitators for Illumine projects:
   • Collaborating internally with program managers to match facilitators' expertise and availability for specific projects.
   • Negotiating & contracting the right facilitator partners for the right project

Being a small team, this is a high visibility, high ownership role. You are integrated with the project management team and have direct impact on business & intervention outcomes.
