A key component of our change technology is our partner community of facilitators, coaches, & trainers who are at the forefront of our large-scale interventions building capacity in front-line employees of client organizations and supporting them in scaling the intervention within their organization. Your role as a Facilitator Community Owner

You play a crucial role in building our core community of lead facilitators. This includes taking end-to-end ownership of identifying expert facilitators from diverse backgrounds and experience levels, onboarding them, nurturing deep relationships with this community & continuously expanding it.

Core Responsibilities
