What do we do?

At Illumine Knowledge Resources, we work on large-scale knowledge interventions that aim to strengthen organizations, institutions, and communities by bringing about mindset & attitude shifts across several thousands of people at high speeds in a systematic & scientific manner with high measurability. Through our change technologies, we have impacted more than 5 million people from all walks of life including businesses, government, and educational institutions in India.

As part of Illumine’s large-scale nation-building interventions, we build capability in the front-line employees of client organizations to be change catalysts within their organizations. As part of this:

  1. We closely work with partner facilitators and coaches to deliver interventions.
  2. Enable our partner facilitators/ coaches to build change catalysts in the client system.
  3. Support the change catalysts to effectively deliver the intervention in their organization.

Current areas of work:

  1. Building a nationwide network of facilitators: Our large-scale government projects, both at central & state levels, demand a large network of like-minded coaches and facilitator partners who are passionate about nation-building. We are currently working actively on this.
  2. Building a robust (yet light) support system for client facilitators: In every intervention, supporting the change catalysts (master trainers) during intervention roll-out is critical to the success of the intervention. Often, they are first-time-trainers being geared to deliver cognitive change programs. How to simultaneously and effectively handhold 1000+ Master Trainers making optimum use of analytics and precision and knowledge inputs is one of our USPs.

In our recent, Rashtriya Karmayogi Intervention impacting 9 lakh+ Central Govt. employees, the team took ownership to build facilitation capacity in 15,000+ Master Trainers from intent to execution in just a few months!

How you can contribute

  1. Become a **Facilitator Community Builder** where you will take end-to-end ownership of identifying change catalysts & facilitators from diverse backgrounds and contexts, nurturing them, and continuously expanding this community ensuring readiness for delivering any project, at any scale, any location.   2. Get empanelled as a **Facilitator Partner** for Illumine’s projects & interventions where you build “Master Trainers” in the client environment to scale and facilitate cognitive change programs for their peers.
